The Condominio Náutico el Faro is located on a 10-block peninsula with a coastal perimeter of 1.5 km above the dam, in the El Uvital district of the municipality of El Peñol, just an hour and a half from Medellín. The project, already two-thirds completed, includes various housing proposals, ranging from suites grouped in clusters to single-family villas with exclusive use of the land. All take equal advantage of the ample common areas, the nautical center, the docks, the trails, the nature reserve area and the living porter’s lodge.
